Morten Ulrich specialises in labour law and primarily advises employers. His advice encompasses both public and private labour law and pension funds. 

He has also considerable experience in advising on the termination of the employment of civil servants and employees in similar positions.

Morten advises a broad range of public and semi-public institutions, as well as businesses, with respect to all aspects of employment law and has, moreover, litigated a substantial number of employment law cases before the courts.

Finally, Morten lectures clients and lectures on behalf of numerous course providers on labour law issues.

Another client finds him to be an "incredibly skilled lawyer with very sound judgement." Ulrich represented state-owned train operator DSB in a case before the Eastern High Court through which the Danish railway workers' union sought an injunction against the single-person operation of trains.
