Christian Kruse-Madsen is an expert in financing and company law

Christian Kruse-Madsen has over 40 years' experience with general corporate law advisory services and advising public authorities. He is particularly involved in legal issues pertaining to financial institutions, all issues concerning investment properties, leasing, limited partnerships, company structures, and mergers and acquisitions.

Christian is regular adviser to Danish as well as international clients, including financial enterprises and listed companies, foundations, investment properties and municipalities. As such, he has established particular business skills, and as a result he often performs as a strategic sounding board in connection with the purchase or sale of commercial property or financial enterprises. Moreover, he has held numerous directorships in a vast number of banks, stock-broking companies, investment and property companies; just another indication that his skills go far beyond the area of the law.

Not least, Christian is an experienced advocate who has conducted numerous legal proceedings within his areas of expertise.
