Asbjørn Dalum Andersen advises contracting authorities and utility companies on all aspects of procurement and contract law, including the duty to invite tenders, selection of tender strategies, conducting tender procedures, drafting tender documents and contracts as well as conducting complaints and legal proceedings. He also advises enterprises tendering for public contracts on fulfilling suitability requirements, ensuring contract compliance and tender optimisation.
Asbjørn has advised on several large tender procedures including negotiations and has contributed to work with reports and investigations made on behalf of public authorities. Since 2015, Asbjørn has also been an external lecturer of procurement law at the University of Copenhagen.
Within competition law, Asbjørn advises particularly on horizontal and vertical agreements, competition law compliance as well as matters relating to abuse of dominant positions. Asbjørn has experience from the Directorate-General for Competition of the European Commission. Since 2014, Asbjørn has furthermore been employed at CBS as an external lecturer of competition law.
In his role of adviser, Asbjørn combines his meticulous work approach with his experience in litigation management, thereby guaranteeing high-quality legal solutions.
